Throughout his career, he has led complex initiatives involving sensitive ePHI for leading organizations such as Cigna, Healthways, and OptumInsight. A certified program manager and risk professional, Jon brings a unique blend of technical expertise, policy insight, and executive leadership to his role as Senior Vice President of Product Innovation and Chief Product Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Lee University and a Master of Public Administration in Healthcare Policy from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
