Xiangyang Li has been working for a long time in computer security, user modeling and intelligent systems, simulation and modeling, and knowledge discovery and engineering.  He has contributed to many projects on computer security, user modeling and assistance, and knowledge engineering funded by NSF, NSA, ONR, DARPA, Air Force Research Lab, the University of Michigan, and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He has extensive experience of advising students, designing and directing student projects, and curriculum development. Xiangyang Li received his Ph.D. from Arizona State University.
