A Note about Email
Since 2005, e-mail has been the University's official means for communicating with students. Your Johns Hopkins email address is the official and primary destination for emails that are sent to students of the University. All students are provided with a Johns Hopkins email account and are required to set up their mailbox.
The JHU community sends important information to your jhu.edu email address and to Today's Announcements. You will be held responsible for the information that is sent. If you have another e-mail account that you prefer to use, you may forward your Johns Hopkins mail to that account. If you need assistance creating an email forward or if you have any problems or questions regarding your JHU email account (OutlookLive@Hopkins), please visit the URL below, Email Student Technology Services, or call the JHU Technology Help Desk at 410-516-HELP. If you are on the Homewood campus, consultants are also available in the Krieger Lab at 160 Krieger Hall. Outlook Live Information Email Student Technology Services
